NCTMRegional2010

2010 NCTM Regional Conference and Exposition
Denver, CO. Oct. 7-8, 2010

Colorado will be hosting a 2010 NCTM Regional Conference and Exposition October 7-8, 2010.
CCTM members can help in two different ways:
Please, work with your school district calendar committee to include October 7,8 2010 as professional development dates. When school districts are aware of the quality professional development that is offered during an NCTM conference, they are more likely to incorporate at least one of the days into the calendar so that teachers can attend without the use of large numbers of substitutes. Also, knowing well in advance the dates for a quality conference helps school districts budget appropriate funds for teachers to attend the professional development opportunity (when funds are available).

The Local Arrangements Committee will need 150 volunteers during the conference. Individual volunteers are for 4 hours onsite. Volunteers will be able to register for the entire conference at the member rate and will receive a free T-shirt. If you would like to volunteer, please follow this link:

http://www.nctm.org/conferences/forms.aspx?ekfrm=25441

It will bring you directly to the NCTM website where you can input your information.  Thanks.

If you have any questions about the NCTM Regional Conference, please do not hesitate to contact one of the LAC conference chairs:
